She has worked in the sustainability sector for the last fifteen years, providing advice on sustainability strategy, stakeholder relations, community engagement and environmental assessment. Elspeth has an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London and holds the Association for Project Management Professional Certificate.
Ana Soldatenko Head of Design
Ana graduated from Gray’s School of Art with First Class Honours in Visual Communications. She designs and manages production of all printed material for Transform Scotland and has refreshed the organisation's visual identity. Ana worked as the Graphic Designer for the Gordon Castle Estate, helping to create and launch their brand. Her photography work has been purchased by Robert Gordon University and exhibited in London and Aberdeen.

Peter is a web designer with over fifteen years’ experience. He has extensive expertise in web design and development, content managed systems, e-commerce, search engine optimisation, email marketing, usability and standards compliance, as well as video and photography.
